Notice of the 88th Annual Meeting of the Members will be given to the membership by method of a mailing in May. The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2027, at our headquarters facility at 6132 State Route 3, Waterloo, Ill. Gates will open, registration, and food service will begin at 7:30 a.m. Buffet style breakfast with pancakes, biscuits & gravy, fruit, eggs, bacon & drinks will be provided to all in attendance, and $25 bill credits will be issued to each registered member (credit will be applied to July bills, one per membership). Bounce houses, a petting zoo, and balloon artist will be available for the kids starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 9:30 a.m. The business meeting will take place at 10:00am following our scholarship drawing. Members who are unable to attend the meeting have the option of viewing it on our Facebook page.
The official Annual Meeting notice will be mailed in May. The printed barcode on it, can be brought to the Annual Meeting to expedite registration, but is not required.
